As a result of the successful transaction the aforementioned construction company entered into the corporation Ukrpodshipnik.

Oleksandr Peremezhko & Partners acted as a legal counsel to Trading House Kamaz LLC (Ukraine) in an out-of-court settlement of a dispute with Vinci Construction Grands Projets s.a.s. (France) and Bouygues Travaux Publics s.a. (France).
