Oleksandr Peremezhko & Partners successfully asserted interests and rights of Carlton Trading Ukraine LLC and Carlton Trading Ltd in the arbitration conducted under the Rules of the Arbitration Institute of the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce (Kingdom of Sweden). On the 30th of September 2011 Arbitration Institute delivered the final arbitration award in this dispute. The Arbitration Institute satisfied our clients’ claims. In the arbitration our associates pleaded the case as the only counsels without foreign consultants. Less than ten months passed from the commencement of arbitration to the issuance of the final arbitration award.
