Oleksandr Peremezhko & Partners successful acted as a legal counsel to Jotun Paints (Europe) Ltd (UK) in the International Commercial Court of Arbitration under the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Ukraine in the case against Wadan Yards Ocean OJSC (Ukraine).
International Commercial Arbitration Court at the Ukrainian Chamber of Commerce and Industry satisfied the claim of Jotun Paints (Europe) Ltd. Korabelniy District Court of Mykolaiv recognized the award of the International Arbitration Court and authorized its enforcement in Ukraine.
